Welcome to Dae ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our school management software applications, including the Teacher App, Student App, Parent App, and School Admin Dashboard (collectively referred to as the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.

1. Use of Services

a. Eligibility

You must be at least 12 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.

b. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted through your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account.

c. Permitted Use

You may use the Services solely for educational purposes and in compliance with these Terms and applicable laws. Unauthorized use, including but not limited to reverse engineering, data scraping, or unauthorized access to other accounts, is prohibited.

2. User Content

a. Ownership

You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or upload through the Services ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Services.

b. Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that your User Content does not violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

3. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Services, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

4. Fees and Payment

a. Subscription Fees

Access to certain features of the Services may require payment of subscription fees. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

b. Payment Information

You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method. Failure to pay fees may result in suspension or termination of your access to the Services.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Services, including but not limited to software, logos, trademarks, and content, are owned by us or our licensors. You may not use our intellectual property without prior written consent.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in unauthorized use of the Services.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services in the six months preceding the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Any changes will be communicated through our Services or other appropriate channels. Continued use of the Services after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
