1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are available under the following circumstances:
- If the subscription or service was purchased accidentally and the request is made within 7 days of the purchase date.
- If a technical issue in the software renders it unusable, and we are unable to resolve the problem within 14 business days after being notified.
- If the customer decides to cancel their subscription within the trial period, provided no data export or customizations were made.
2. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued under these conditions:
- Services that have already been fully utilized or delivered.
- Custom development work or integration services.
- Cancellations requested after the trial period or outside the refund eligibility window.

- Subscription Cancellation: Customers can cancel their subscription at any time through the account settings or by contacting customer support. However, cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
- Service Termination: LEMVON reserves the right to terminate services due to policy violations or non-payment. In such cases, refunds will not be issued.
